I was walking by Vancouver’s Waterfront Station recently and noticed that Richard had a pair of Oakley sunglasses on his head. He was very cool about having his picture taken and politely asked for some spare change which I was more than happy to oblige.
The Waterfront Station is steps away from the Gastown area.
